excellent binding. used burton missions for years prior to the cartel. the cartel's straps have an incredible gel cushioning that you won't feel all day. the binding is very responsive. great combo of comfort and response. if you're a park rat, you may wants something more flexy.

Great bindings! Just tested out the new setup this past weekend in Utah...the bindings have a high back, which is a little different in feel from my older, lower-backed bindings, and that makes my turns and moves much more responsive. The 'gas pedal' probably has something to do with too. The straps are another fab feature. They are soft, but strong and have multiple options for a custom fit. The toe strap really shoves your boot to the back of the binding. And of course, they are PURPLE, which looks great with my Social board. Highly recommend.
